About Suzanne Vega
After three years of rejections, Susanne Vega finally succeeded in getting signed oin a recording deal. The deal was signed with A&M, who had turned her down three times, after her managers Ron Fierstein and Steve Addabbo finally convinced the label to sign her. For her first album, guitarist Lenny Kaye was brought in to co-produce the debut with Adabbo and lend it a smoother, more contemporary flavor.
