About Simple Minds
Simple Minds became popular all over the world and in the USA especially after releasing in 1985 one of their greatest hits called "Don't You (Forget About Me)". At first the band was called Johnny and the Self-Abusers which comprised guitarist Charlie Burchill and lead singer Jim Kerr. Later Tony Donald (bassist) and Jim Kerr (singer) joined the band.
