About Roger Whittaker
In 1967 Roger Whittaker got the first prize of the Knokke Song Festival in Belgium. The same time he recorded and released such singles as "If I Were a Rich Man" and "The Mexican Whistler," which had a huge success in Europe. After that Whittaker worked on such label as EMI, RCA Victor Records, etc. and recorded a great number of hit singles.
