About Genius
In 2005, following a year of intensive touring and even an appearance in Coffee & Cigarettes, a film by Jim Jarmusch, the Genius went into the studio with DJ Muggs and recorded GrandMasters, a highly acclaimed rap album in which the Genius uses chess as a metaphor for the hip hop world, telling stories with flowing lyrics and his gifted delivery style.
