About Freddie King
Freddie King credits Eddie Taylor with his guitar playing style, in which he uses a plastic thumb pick and a metal index-finger pick. He was also rather revolutionary, or merely odd, in wearing the guitar strap over his right shoulder, himself being right handed. With his style, Freddie King has had an influence on many of the great guitarists of the blues or rock genres, from Eric Clapton to John Mayer.
