About Devendra Banhart
Devendra Banhart started messing around with music, writing and recording songs, when at the San Francisco Art Institute. There he mostly experimented, his songs often written in stream of consciousness form. With the encouragement of friends, Devendra Banhart sent out demos and launched a career of a musician, at first mostly touring and later recording on Young God record label.
