About David Bowie
Born David Robert Jones, in London, David Bowie wanted to play the saxophone, an instrument that he would incorporate in his music at times. He was then discovered quite accidentally as a singer, and released a solo album in 1967 for the first time. Some 20 plus albums would follow in David Bowie's career, in which the singer would partly guess the musical and fashion trends and partly dictate them, constantly inventing new personae and creating new music.
