Dave Barnes is a well-known singer, musician and songwriter that initially comes from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The singer's musical style can be characterized as a blend of acoustic, rock and blues. In early 2007 Barnes began experimenting with a new outlet for his creative genius, stand-up comedy. With support from long time friends Joey Humke and Matt Long, Dave Barnes put together a critically acclaimed stand-up event at Bongo Java.
