About Country Joe and The Fish
Folk-rock band Country Joe and the Fish were a classic sixties band, with their acoustic folk-rock songs, psychedelic style and anti-war agenda. The three main members of Country Joe and the Fish would add musicians to their band upon need, playing for the latter half of the 60s, in a time the socially conscious musicians Joan Baez, Neil Young and even the Grateful Dead were at their peak.
