About Blue
Not that Blue had enjoyed such great success in the seventies, recording only a single charts entry in several years of recording music, but when another band named Blue appeared a few years ago, Blue (the original band) took Blue (the boy band) to court. The judge decided the bands can most certainly be told apart, and would allow the use of the name by the young group.
