About Ash
At first Ash was comprised of original members Tim Wheeler and Mark Hamilton, but in the Autumn of 1997 female guitarist Charlotte Hatherley was added to the band, which made for both a change in sound and presentation. In addition, there were more Ash fans than ever, the addition of a female member expanded what the band to offer.
